Exchange Policy
At Heritage India, we strive to ensure you have a seamless shopping experience. Please read our exchange and return guidelines carefully.
SIZE EXCHANGE
Need a bigger or smaller size?
If the product delivered does not fit as expected, you may request a size exchange.
How to Request:

Log in to your ‘My Account’ section and raise an exchange request, or
-
Email us at care@heritageofficial.com with your order details and required size.
Our team will try and respond within 24 working hours (except Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays)
Exchange Process:

We will arrange a reverse pickup of the delivered product.
-
Once received and approved, a fresh piece in the requested size will be prepared.

The new product will be dispatched as soon as it is ready.
Exchange Conditions:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
-
Tag loops must be intact and not tampered with.
-
The exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

A product can be exchanged only once.
-
A maximum of two exchanges per order is allowed.

If the requested size is unavailable, our Standard Returns & Cancellation Policy will apply.
Shipping Charges:
-
For non-discounted (fresh) articles, Heritage India bears the shipping cost for the first exchange only.

For discounted products:
-
₹150 will be charged for the first exchange.
-
₹200 will be charged for the second exchange (reverse pickup and delivery).
-

No exchanges will be permitted after the second exchange.
RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT
Want to return the product and purchase something else?
We offer Store Credit in place of refunds.
How to Request:

Raise a return request via ‘My Account’, or
-
Email us at care@heritageofficial.com requesting a Store Credit.
You will receive a response within 24 working hours.
Return Conditions:

Request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
-
Product must be unused, unworn, and have intact tag loops.
Refund Process:
-
We will arrange a reverse pickup.
-
Once the product is received and approved, Store Credit equivalent to the product value will be issued.

The credit will be added to your Heritage India Account within 3 days of receiving the product.

Store Credit can be used during checkout for any future purchase on our website.
DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS
-
Discounted products are eligible for exchange only if the required size is available.
-
If the required size is unavailable, only Store Credit for the paid amount will be issued.

Store Credit can be used to purchase any available product on our website.
IMPORTANT NOTE
This Exchange Policy is applicable only for domestic orders within India.
