EXCHANGE POLICY

PRODUCT DELIVERED IS BIG/SMALL IN SIZE? WANT A BIGGER/SMALLER SIZE?

  • You can raise the size exchange request from 'My Account' section with ease or you can drop us a mail at care@heritagestore.in mentioning the new required size and you will get a revert within 24 working hours.
  • We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you and get a fresh piece made in the new required size and it will be dispatched as soon as it gets ready.
  • In case of size problem, we can always get it exchanged to a size you need.
  • For Size Exchanges, the product should be unused/unworn and request should be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged the second time.
  • In case the new required size required is not available, Our Standard Returns and Cancellation Policy is applicable.
  • Costs of shipping are borne by the Company only for the first exchange request. Subsequent exchange requests do not carry any such adjustment.
    In case there are multiple exchanges, customer has to bear the subsequent costs of reverse pick and delivery (i.e INR 200).
  • "Multiple exchanges" refers to multiple requests for exchange of product(s) (even if the products were purchased in one single order)

WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AND BUY A NEW PRODUCT ADJUSTING THE AMOUNT ALREADY PAID?

  • You can raise the return request from 'My Account' section or drop us a mail at care@heritagestore.in mentioning that you need a STORE CREDIT for the product delivered and you will get a revert within next 24 working hours.
  • We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you.
  • The product should be unused/unworn and request should be raised within 2 days of delivery.
  • As soon as we get the product back, We provide a Store Credit - We add amount equal to the product value to your ' Heritage Account ' . You can use this credit amount when you reach the cart/payment page of the website during your next purchase with us.
  • Store Credit will be issued within 3 days of receiving the product back.

WANT TO EXCHANGE DISCOUNTED PRODUCT?

  • Discounted product can be exchanged only on the condition that the required size is available with us.
  • If required size is not available with us we will only be able to process "STORE CREDIT" for the paid amount.
  • The store credit then can be used to buy any available product from our website. 

THIS EXCHANGE POLICY IS APPLICABLE ONLY FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS/ORDERS DELIVERED WITHIN INDIA ONLY. FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, REGULAR RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY IS APPLICABLE FOR EXCHANGE.
