🇮🇳 RETURNS POLICY – INDIAN CUSTOMERS
How to Raise a Return Request
In all cases of returns or cancellations, you may:

Log into your My Account section, or

Use the “Exchange & Return” tab on the homepage

Return Eligibility & Timeline

We offer a 2-day return policy on fresh articles only.

For damaged or defective products, complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Return requests must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the parcel.
Reverse pick-up will be arranged by Heritage India. (Service may not be available for certain pin codes.)
Return Processing Options
1. Store Credit

The product value will be credited to your Heritage India Account.
-
Store credit can be used during checkout on your next purchase.
-
Issued only after we receive the returned product and complete quality validation.

Store credit once issued cannot be transferred to bank/card/wallet.
-
One-side shipping charges will not be deducted.
2. Bank Refund
-
One-side shipping charges ₹ 150/- will be deducted.

Refund will be processed to your bank account after product validation.

Discounted Products
-
Discounted products are eligible only for exchange.

Refunds are not applicable on discounted items.

Store credit issued from discounted product returns may be used to purchase fresh items.
If the discounted bill value is below ₹2999:

₹150 shipping charge for first exchange
-
₹200 shipping charge for second exchange
Note: Fresh Products purchased using coupon codes are not considered discounted products and are eligible for refunds as per standard policy.
Return Conditions
To qualify for return:

Tag loops must remain intact and untampered.
-
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Original packaging must be included (hangers, tags, dust bags, boxes, poly bags).

Customised or altered products are not eligible.

Products specifically marked “Not Eligible for Return/Exchange” cannot be returned.
If the package appears tampered at the time of delivery, please refuse acceptance and inform us immediately.
Incorrect / Damaged Product Sent by Heritage India
If an incorrect or damaged product is sent by Heritage India, the customer is eligible for a full refund, including shipping charges.
Refund Coverage : In applicable cases (such as incorrect or damaged items sent by us), the refund will cover:
- Full product amount
- Shipping charges
Refund processing will begin only after we receive and validate the returned product.
Return Inspection & Approval

Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo quality inspection.

If approved, store credit or refund will be issued within 10 days.

If rejected, the product will be shipped back to the customer.

Return cases will be closed within 7 days of receipt of the return parcel.
Heritage India is not liable for damage occurring during return shipping.
Repeated returns (more than 25% of delivered orders) may result in future orders being processed on a non-returnable basis.
Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to removal of COD facility without prior notice.
Service Availability : If service is unavailable for a customer’s delivery pin code, the customer will be required to return the parcel to us.
CANCELLATION POLICY – INDIAN CUSTOMERS

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing care@heritageofficial.com

If cancelled within 24 hours, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Cancellation requests will not be accepted after 24 hours or once the order has been dispatched.
CANCELLATION BY HERITAGE INDIA
Heritage India reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

Product unavailability
-
Pricing errors
-
Payment authorization failure
-
Fraud prevention concerns
If payment has already been processed, the amount will be reversed to the original payment method.
